Child Support Act 1991

Automatic deductions - Miscellaneous provisions

175: Application of other provisions to amounts payable under this Part

You could also call this:

"Rules for child support also apply to other payments in this part of the law"

This part of the law says that any money you need to pay or account for under this part of the Child Support Act is treated the same way as child support payments. The rules in the Child Support Act and the Tax Administration Act apply to these payments just like they do for regular child support money. This means the government handles and collects these payments in the same way they handle child support.
