Child Support Act 1991

Objections

96: Objections to which this Part does not apply

You could also call this:

"Things you can't challenge in this part of the child support law"

This part of the law doesn't give you the right to object to certain things. You can't object to matters that the Commissioner gets to decide on their own. The Commissioner can use their discretion, judgment, opinion, approval, consent, or make a determination on these matters. However, there are two exceptions to this rule. You can still object to things covered by section 90 and section 91 of the Child Support Act 1991.
