Child Support Act 1991

General provisions - Miscellaneous provisions

221: Commissioner may appear in legal proceedings by employee of the Crown

You could also call this:

"The Commissioner can send a government worker to speak for them in court"

The Commissioner can take part in legal actions related to this law. They can do this in person or choose someone who works for the government to represent them. If the person representing the Commissioner says they work for the government and are there for the Commissioner, this is enough proof. You don't need any other evidence to show that they have the right to be there or that what they're saying is true.
