Child Support Act 1991

Enforcement provisions - Miscellaneous provisions

203: No limitation of action to recover financial support

You could also call this:

“You can try to get back money owed for child support at any time”

If you want to recover financial support, there is no time limit on when you can do this. The Limitation Act 2010 does not stop you from trying to get back any financial support you are owed. Also, no other laws that usually put time limits on legal actions will prevent you from seeking to recover financial support. This means you can try to get back the financial support at any time, no matter how long it has been.
