Child Support Act 1991

Voluntary agreements - Procedure on application for acceptance of voluntary agreements

56: Dual applications

You could also call this:

"You can ask for more than one agreement to be accepted at the same time"

If you want to get more than one voluntary agreement accepted, you can put them all on the same form. This applies even if the agreements are about different children or if they're written in separate documents. The people who process these forms can treat each agreement as if it was on its own separate form. This makes it easier for you to submit multiple agreements at once.

56Dual applications

  1.
