Child Support Act 1991

Payment of financial support - Payments by Commissioner

141: Payment to receiving carers who are not UCB beneficiaries

You could also call this:

"Giving child support money to carers who don't get a special benefit"

When the government receives money for child support for a child, and the person looking after that child (called the receiving carer) is not getting a special benefit called UCB, this is what happens:

The government must give all of that child support money to the receiving carer. They do this following the rules set out in this part of the law.

This applies only when the money is meant for a child who qualifies for child support, and when the person caring for the child isn't getting the UCB benefit for that specific child.
