101: Appeal by unsuccessful applicant for formula assessment
You could also call this:
“You can't appeal if your request for child support payments is turned down”
If you apply for a formula assessment and are unsuccessful, you used to be able to appeal the decision. However, this option was removed on 1 April 2015. This means that you can no longer appeal if your application for a formula assessment is rejected.
