You must not do drainlaying or help with it unless you are allowed to. You can do drainlaying or help with it if you have a current practising licence or a provisional licence. You are allowed to do drainlaying or help with it if you follow the rules in sections 12 to 27. You do not break the rules if you do drainlaying or help with it according to the rules. The rules about who can do drainlaying or help with it also depend on sections 11 to 27. You need to check these sections to see what you are allowed to do. You have to make sure you are allowed to do drainlaying or help with it before you start. This means you need to have the right licence or follow the rules in the Act. You can find more information about the rules in the related sections.
