143Disciplinary and prosecution levy

  1. The Board may, by notice, impose on every registered person a disciplinary and prosecution levy of any amount it thinks fit for the purpose of funding the costs arising out of—

  2. investigations into allegations or complaints against registered persons; and
    1. proceedings concerning discipline under Part 3; and
      1. investigations into, and prosecutions against persons for, the breach of any legislation relating to sanitary plumbing, gasfitting, or drainlaying.

        1. Any notice imposing any levy under this section may exempt from liability to pay the levy any class or classes of registered person, and may provide for the waiver or refund of any levy.
