The Board has to think about creating new classes of registration. You need to know that these classes will replace or match the old types of registration. The Board must do this as soon as possible after this section starts. The Board has to consider the following old types of registration: craftsman plumber, craftsman gasfitter, gas inspector, registered plumber, registered gasfitter, and registered drainlayer. The Board will decide if it should create new classes of registration that match these old types. The Board must talk to people who can represent the views of plumbers, gasfitters, or drainlayers. This includes people who are already registered and organisations that will be affected by the Board's decision. The Board will consider what these people say when making its decision. This section does not change what is said in section 28 and sections 30 to 35. You can still follow what is said in those sections. The Board's decision will be based on what it thinks is best.
