When you are registered, your registration has rules that you must follow. These rules include the terms and conditions set out in notices published under section 30(1)(b) for your type of registration. The Board can also set other rules that they think are necessary. The Board can change or add to these rules by sending you a written notice. They can revoke, amend, or add to any term or condition that has been imposed. This is also subject to section 52. The Board's decisions about your registration rules are final. You must follow the rules set by the Board and the notices published under section 30(1)(b). The Board's rules apply to your registration.
