97Investigator must give notice to occupier of dwellinghouse

  1. An investigator must,—

  2. if he or she intends to apply for a warrant under section 96, give the occupier of the dwellinghouse to which that application relates not less than 10 days’ written notice of his or her intention to do so; and
    1. before he or she enters a dwellinghouse under the authority of a warrant under section 96, give a copy of the warrant to the occupier of the dwellinghouse to which that warrant relates.
