178Board may vary licence, registration, or certificate or impose conditions, limitations, or restrictions on licence, registration, or certificate

  1. The Board may at any time, by written notice to a person,—

  2. vary any licence, registration, or certificate that is deemed to be held by that person under any of sections 173 to 177; and
    1. impose terms, conditions, limitations, or restrictions on that licence, registration, or certificate.
      1. The variation, condition, limitation, or restriction takes effect on the date specified for that purpose in the notice.
