You need to send your application for a practising licence to either the Registrar or the Electrical Workers Registration Board. You must use the form required by the Board and include the information and documentation they need. You also need to pay the prescribed fee if there is one. You can send your application to the Registrar, but they will pass it on to the Board to consider under section 46. If the Electrical Workers Registration Board is considering your application under section 61, you can send it to them directly. The Board will look at your application and decide what to do with it. The application must follow the rules set by the Board, and you must provide everything they ask for. This includes paying the fee and using the correct form, as well as giving the Board the information and documents they need to consider your application. The Registrar will refer your application to the Board if you send it to them, and then the Board will look at it under section 46 or section 61 if it is being considered by the Electrical Workers Registration Board.
