90: Complaints

You can complain to the Board about someone's conduct by making a complaint to the Registrar in the prescribed manner. You can do this if you think someone has not followed the rules. The Registrar will then inform the Board and the person you complained about. You cannot make a complaint if you are the Board, a member of the Board, or the Registrar. The Registrar will look at your complaint and decide what to do next. If the Registrar thinks your complaint is not serious, they will not investigate it and will tell you this. They will also not follow the process outlined in section 91 if they think your complaint is not serious.
