The Board can cancel your registration or licence if you got it by being dishonest. You might have made a false statement or declaration to get registered or licensed. The Board can also cancel your registration or licence if you were not supposed to get it in the first place. The Board must tell you why they might cancel your registration or licence. They must give you a chance to explain yourself in writing or in person. You can have someone represent you when you explain yourself. If the Board cancels your registration or licence, they must give you a copy of the order. The order takes effect from the day you get the copy or from a date specified in the order, whichever is later.
