When you apply for a practising licence, the Board will consider your application as soon as they can. The Board must think about the reasons why your registration or licence was cancelled before, if that happened. They must also be fair and follow the rules of natural justice. When the Board looks at your application, they will tell you if they find something that might mean they say no. You will get a chance to tell the Board what you think about that matter. The Board will make sure you have a reasonable opportunity to have your say. The Board must consider your application carefully and make a decision. You can expect the Board to be fair and follow the rules when they make their decision. They will look at all the information and make a decision about your application.
