If the Board makes an order under section 102 about you, they must try to hold a hearing as soon as possible. The Board must do this after they make the order. They do not have to do this if the order is no longer in force. This rule is also subject to section 101. The Board has to follow this rule when they make an order about you. They must take reasonable steps to hold a hearing quickly. The Board's job is to make sure the hearing happens as soon as possible. They have to do this after making the order under section 102. The rule does not apply if the order is cancelled or no longer applies to you.
