The Board can give some of its jobs or powers to the Electrical Workers Registration Board. You need to know that the Electrical Workers Registration Board can do these jobs in the same way as the Board. The Electrical Workers Registration Board must follow any directions from the Board. The Electrical Workers Registration Board must tell the Board if it registers someone or gives them a licence. If the Electrical Workers Registration Board does something under this delegation, it is presumed to be doing it correctly. You can ask the Electrical Workers Registration Board to show proof of its authority to do something. The Board is still responsible for what the Electrical Workers Registration Board does. The Board can still do its own jobs even if it gives some to the Electrical Workers Registration Board. Changes in the people on the Boards do not affect the delegation.
