99Offence to fail to comply with notice to supply information or document

  1. No person may,—

  2. without reasonable excuse, refuse or fail to comply with a notice under section 93(1)(b); or
    1. in purported compliance with the notice, supply information, or supply a document, knowing it to be false or misleading.
      1. Every person who breaches subsection (1) commits an offence and is liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $10,000 in the case of an individual, or $50,000 in the case of a body corporate.
