You get a practising licence with terms and conditions. The terms and conditions come from notices published under section 30(1)(c) for your registration class. The Board can also add other terms and conditions. The terms and conditions can include limits on when and what work you can do. They can also limit the work you can do under your licence. These limits can be in addition to other limits for your registration class. The Board can change or add to these terms and conditions by sending you a written notice. The Board's power to add terms and conditions is affected by section 52 and the Board's own decisions.
