The Ministry has to check how the Plumbers, Gasfitters, and Drainlayers Act 2006 is working after 3 years. You will see them look at how the Act is operating and think about if any changes are needed. They have to tell the Minister what they find out. The Ministry must think about if any changes to the law are necessary for plumbing, gasfitting, or drainlaying. They have to write a report about what they find out and give it to the Minister. The Minister gets the report and must give a copy to the House of Representatives as soon as possible.
