95Duties of investigator supplied with warrant of authority

  1. An investigator supplied with a warrant of authority under section 94

  2. must carry the warrant when exercising the power under section 93(1)(a), produce the warrant on initial entry, and produce the warrant, if requested, at any subsequent time; and
    1. must, on the termination of his or her authority to act under section 93, surrender the warrant to the Registrar; and
      1. must not purport to act under a warrant after the termination of his or her authority to act under section 93.
