You are entitled to a practising licence if you are registered and meet certain conditions. You must satisfy the Board that you have complied with the application requirements in section 45. You must also meet the current minimum standards for registration. You cannot be issued a licence if the Board has taken action against you under section 106. You must be a fit and proper person to hold a licence. You must also pay the prescribed fee, if there is one. The Board will consider these conditions when deciding whether to issue you a practising licence. You must be registered in the class of registration for which you are applying. The Board's decision is based on the information you provide and the requirements of the law.
