You must tell the Registrar if you change your name. You have one month to do this if you have a practising licence, a provisional licence, or an employer licence. 77Duty to notify change of name

If a practising licence holder, a provisional licence holder, or an employer licence holder changes that person’s name, that person must, within 1 month after the change, notify the Registrar of the person’s new name.
If the Registrar is satisfied that a registered person, a provisional licence holder, or an employer licence holder has changed that person’s name, or that it is wrongly entered in the register, the Registrar must correct the entry in the register relating to that person.
Every person who breaches subsection (1) commits an offence and is liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $500.
