157Minister may require output agreement to include matters relating to Board’s relationship with industry skills board

The Minister may require the output agreement referred to in section 156 to include matters relating to the Board’s relationship with any industry skills board.
The purpose of the matters referred to in subsection (1) is to assist the Board and the industry skills board to clarify, align, and manage their respective expectations and responsibilities in relation to their respective functions and powers.
In this section, industry skills board means an industry skills board established under section 362 of the Education and Training Act 2020.
