151Form and content of annual report

  1. An annual report of the Board must contain the following information and reports in respect of the period to which it relates:

  2. a report on its operations, including the following information:
    1. the information that is necessary to enable an informed assessment to be made of the Board’s performance and exercise of its functions and powers under this Act during the period:
      1. the number of persons registered in relation to each class of registration as at the end of the period:
        1. the number of persons who hold current practising licences in relation to each class of registration as at the end of the period:
          1. the number of persons who applied for registration under Part 2 during the period:
            1. the number of persons who applied for practising licences, provisional licences, or employer licences under Part 2 during the period:
              1. the number of persons who were registered or issued with a licence under Part 2 during the period:
                1. the number of persons whose registration or licence was cancelled or suspended under this Act during the period:
                  1. the number and type of complaints made under Part 3 during the period:
