120: Publication of decisions and orders

You could also call this:

"When the Board makes a decision, it tells everyone what it decided and why."

You need to know what happens when the Board makes a decision or order about someone. If no one appeals the decision within 20 working days, or if a court makes an order, the Registrar might publish the details. The details include what the decision or order means, why it was made, and who it affects. You should see the decision or order published in the Gazette and other places the Board chooses. The Board decides what to publish and where. Sometimes, a court can stop the publication of a decision or order. The Board's decision to publish is not final if a court says otherwise. This means a court can override the Board's decision to publish a notice. The court's order is more important than the Board's decision.
