You can appeal a decision to the District Court under section 162. The District Court can send your appeal back to the Board or the Registrar to think about it again. The District Court must tell the Board or the Registrar why it is sending the appeal back and give directions on what to do next. When the Board or the Registrar looks at the appeal again, they must think about the District Court's reasons and directions.
