When the Board makes an order under section 106, you need to know it must be in writing. The order must say why it was made and tell the person it affects about their right to appeal. The order must also be signed by the chairperson. You will get a copy of the order, which takes effect from the date it is served or a later date stated in the order. The Registrar must give a copy of the order to the person who investigated the complaint and the person who made the complaint, if there is one.
