98Notices to supply information or documents

  1. Any notice given by an investigator under section 93(1)(b) is sufficiently given if—

  2. it is in writing; and
    1. it is signed by the investigator; and
      1. it is given to the person or persons primarily concerned or to any person or organisation considered by the investigator to represent the person or persons primarily concerned.
