Search and Surveillance Act 2012

General provisions in relation to search, surveillance, and inspection powers - Carrying out search powers - Search warrants to enter and search vehicles

127: Search warrants to enter and search vehicles

You could also call this:

"Police can search a vehicle if they have a warrant and think it's at a certain place."

If a search warrant is issued to look for something in a vehicle, the person with the warrant can go to any place they think the vehicle might be. They can do this to find the vehicle and search it. You should know that they need to have a good reason to believe the vehicle is in that place.
