Search and Surveillance Act 2012

Enforcement officers' powers and orders - Production orders

73: Other provisions that apply to production order applications

You could also call this:

"Rules that also apply when asking for a production order"

When you apply for a production order, some other rules apply. These rules are like the ones for search warrants, but they are for production orders. You can find these rules in sections like section 98(2), section 99, section 100, and section 101.

These rules tell you what you need to do when you apply for a production order. They explain how to give more information, verify your application, apply for the order, and keep documents. You need to follow these rules when you apply for a production order.
