79Copy of retained document to be given

  1. An enforcement officer who, in accordance with section 78(1)(a), retains an original document that is produced in compliance with a production order must, as soon as practicable after the document is produced, take a copy of the document and give the copy to the person who produced the original document in compliance with the production order.
