When you look at the law about searching and surveillance, you will see a change to a specific part of it. The change is to a section that talks about when people can enter a place, and it removes some words from that section. Those words are "Without limiting or restricting the application of sections 198 and 199 of the Summary Proceedings Act 1957", and you can find more information about this in Section 9(3).
