  1. Section 127 is repealed and the following section substituted:

    127Provisions associated with foreign restraining orders and foreign forfeiture orders

    1. Part 4 of the Search and Surveillance Act 2012 (except subpart 6) applies, with any necessary modifications, to an application for a warrant made under any of sections 124 to 126.
