You can examine things under section 88 of the Act. The Search and Surveillance Act 2012 has rules that apply when you exercise powers under section 88. These rules are found in Part 4 of the Search and Surveillance Act 2012, but not in subparts 2, 3, and 8, and not in sections 118 and 119. A new phrase is being added to section 88 to make it clear when the rules apply.
