88TDefinitions for sections 88U to 88W

  1. In sections 88U to 88W,—

  2. a person is affected by a preservation direction only if the person is—
    1. the person against whom the direction was made; or
      1. an officer, employee, or agent of the person against whom the direction was made; and
      2. a person discloses information if the person discloses—
        1. the substance, meaning, or purport of that information; or
          1. any part of that information.
