242Amendments to sections 109 to 109B of Films, Videos, and Publications Classification Act 1993

  1. Section 109 is amended by omitting A District Court Judge, Justice, or Community Magistrate, or a Registrar (not being a member of the police) may, on an application in writing made on oath and substituting An issuing officer (within the meaning of section 3 of the Search and Surveillance Act 2012) may, on an application in the manner provided in subpart 3 of Part 4 of that Act.

Section 109A(1) is amended by omitting A District Court Judge may, on an application in writing made on oath and substituting An issuing officer (within the meaning of section 3 of the Search and Surveillance Act 2012) may, on an application made in the manner provided in subpart 3 of Part 4 of that Act.
