79OFailing to comply with preservation direction

  1. A person commits an offence if the person, without reasonable excuse, fails to comply with a preservation direction.

  2. A person who commits an offence against this section is liable on conviction,—

  3. if they are an individual, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 1 year; or
    1. if they are a body corporate, to a fine not exceeding $40,000.
