You can enter a place if you have permission from an issuing officer. This officer is defined in the Search and Surveillance Act 2012. You need to apply in a certain way, which is outlined in the Search and Surveillance Act 2012. Some rules from the Search and Surveillance Act 2012 apply to dog control officers. These rules are found in Part 4 of the Act, but not in subparts 3, 5, and 6. You can find more information about this in the Search and Surveillance Act 2012. Certain sections of the Search and Surveillance Act 2012 only apply to constables. These sections are 118 and 119, and they do not apply to dog control officers. You can find these sections in the Search and Surveillance Act 2012.
