Search and Surveillance Act 2012

Preservation directions relating to foreign investigations or proceedings - Reviews

88Q: Notice, etc, to be given after review is completed

You could also call this:

"Notice given after a review of a preservation direction is completed"

When a review is finished, the Commissioner must give you written notice of the reviewer's decision as soon as possible. If the reviewer decides to change the preservation direction, you will also get an updated version of the direction. The preservation direction stays in force until you are told about the reviewer's decision. If the reviewer's decision is to keep the original direction, change it, or update it, the direction will still be in force for the same amount of time as it would have been without the review, unless it is revoked sooner under section 88N.
