  1. Section 25 is repealed and the following section substituted:

    25Retention of property seized

    1. If any constable or officer seizes any substance or goods under this Act, subparts 1, 6, 7, 9, and 10 of Part 4 of the Search and Surveillance Act 2012 apply in respect of the seizure of that substance or those goods.
