"Changes to the Immigration Advisers Licensing Act 2007 rules"

The law is changing some parts of the Immigration Advisers Licensing Act 2007. You can find the original law on the New Zealand legislation website. When you look at the law, you will see that section 58 is being removed. You will not see it in the law anymore.

Some other parts of the law are also changing, like sections 59 and 60. You will see that the words "or 58" are being removed from these sections. This is because section 58 is being removed.

Section 61 is also changing, and you can read about it in the Search and Surveillance Act 2012. A Judge used to make some decisions, but now an issuing officer will make them. You can find out more about what an issuing officer is in section 3 of the Search and Surveillance Act 2012.

The law is also changing what happens when someone wants to enter a place, and you can read about this in subparts 1, 3, and 9 of Part 4 of the Search and Surveillance Act 2012. This part of the law is about something called an entry warrant. You can find out more about entry warrants in the Search and Surveillance Act 2012.
