79UEffect of court proceedings

  1. Section 180 applies to any proceeding that has been commenced in any court in respect of—

  2. the exercise of a power, or discharge of a duty, conferred or imposed by this subpart; or
    1. the use for investigative purposes of evidential material that is obtained under a preservation direction and that—
      1. is a record of pathway information; or
        1. relates to the location of documents described in the preservation direction.
