297Amendments to Parts 4 and 5 of Reserve Bank of New Zealand Act 1989
Section 66I is amended by omitting A Judge of the High Court may issue a warrant to a person appointed under section 66E(2) if the Judge is satisfied, on application in writing made on oath and substituting An issuing officer (within the meaning of section 3 of the Search and Surveillance Act 2012) may issue a warrant to a person appointed under section 66E(2) if the issuing officer is satisfied, on application made in the manner provided in subpart 3 of Part 4 of that Act.
Section 66I is amended by adding the following subsection as subsection (2):
The provisions of Part 4 of the Search and Surveillance Act 2012 (except sections 118 and 119) apply.
Section 66J is repealed.
Section 106(1) is amended by omitting A Judge of the High Court who is satisfied, on application in writing made on oath and substituting An issuing officer (within the meaning of section 3 of the Search and Surveillance Act 2012) who is satisfied, on application made in the manner provided in subpart 3 of Part 4 of that Act.
Section 106(2) is amended by omitting A Judge of the High Court who is satisfied, on application in writing made on oath and substituting An issuing officer (within the meaning of section 3 of the Search and Surveillance Act 2012) who is satisfied, on an application made in the manner provided in subpart 3 of Part 4 of that Act.
Section 106 is amended by repealing subsection (3) and substituting the following subsection:
Part 4 of the Search and Surveillance Act 2012 (except sections 118 and 119) applies.
