334Misuse of Drugs Amendment Act 1978 amended

  1. This section amends the Misuse of Drugs Amendment Act 1978.

  2. Section 12(1)(b) is amended by omitting package or goods and substituting package, goods, or mail.

  3. Section 12 is amended by inserting the following paragraphs after paragraph (b):

  4. allow the package, goods, or mail to be delivered by a person who has agreed to co-operate with Customs; or
    1. deliver the package, goods, or mail; or

      1. Section 12(1)(c) is amended by omitting goods or mail and substituting package, goods, or mail.

      2. Section 12(2) is amended by omitting goods or mail in each place where it appears and substituting in each case package, goods, or mail.

      3. Sections 12A to 12C are repealed.

      4. Sections 14 to 29 are repealed.
