295Amendments to Radiocommunications Act 1989

  1. This section amends the Radiocommunications Act 1989.

  2. Section 120(3) is amended by—

  3. omitting District Court Judge, Justice, or Community Magistrate, or any Court Registrar (not being a constable), is satisfied, on application in writing made on oath and substituting issuing officer (within the meaning of section 3 of the Search and Surveillance Act 2012) is satisfied, on application made in the manner provided in subpart 3 of Part 4 of the Search and Surveillance Act 2012; and
    1. omitting that District Court Judge, Justice, Community Magistrate, or Court Registrar and substituting that issuing officer.
      1. Section 120 is amended by adding the following subsection:

      2. The provisions of Part 4 of the Search and Surveillance Act 2012 (except sections 118 and 119) apply.

      3. Sections 121 to 127 are repealed.
