295Amendments to Radiocommunications Act 1989
This section amends the Radiocommunications Act 1989.
Section 120(3) is amended by—
- omitting District Court Judge, Justice, or Community Magistrate, or any Court Registrar (not being a constable), is satisfied, on application in writing made on oath and substituting issuing officer (within the meaning of section 3 of the Search and Surveillance Act 2012) is satisfied, on application made in the manner provided in subpart 3 of Part 4 of the Search and Surveillance Act 2012; and
- omitting that District Court Judge, Justice, Community Magistrate, or Court Registrar and substituting that issuing officer.
Section 120 is amended by adding the following subsection:
The provisions of Part 4 of the Search and Surveillance Act 2012 (except sections 118 and 119) apply.
Sections 121 to 127 are repealed.
