88ZAImmunities relating to obtaining, renewing, or executing preservation direction

  1. Section 165 applies in relation to a preservation direction as if—

  2. a reference in that section to obtaining a search warrant were a reference to obtaining—
    1. a preservation direction; or
      1. the renewal of a preservation direction; and
      2. a reference in that section to executing a search warrant were a reference to executing the preservation direction.

        1. Sections 167 and 168 apply as if a reference in those sections to section 165 included a reference to that section as applied by this section.
