58Other provisions that apply to surveillance device warrants

  1. Section 105 (transmission of search warrants) applies to surveillance device warrants—

  2. as if a reference in that section to a search warrant were a reference to a surveillance device warrant; and
    1. as if a reference in that section to an issuing officer were a reference to the Judge issuing a surveillance device warrant.
      1. Section 107 (when a search warrant is invalid) applies to surveillance device warrants—

      2. as if a reference in that section to a search warrant were a reference to a surveillance device warrant; and
        1. as if a reference in that section to the grounds or conditions for lawful issue of a search warrant were a reference to the conditions specified in section 51.
